我太太的EAD去年6月申请，申请时visa number not current
所以应该给2年的有效期（最近才知道），可是只给了一年所以决定给移民局写信，把老卡寄回，重新填765，
-It is too late to ask USCIS to fix the mistake. She should have sent the EAD back and ask USCIS to issue a new one when she received it last year. If she does it now, USCIS will not fix it for her.

The only thing to do is to file a new EAD application.
