回复：what should fill in for EAD application?

I used AP to come back to US on 8/05 2008 and are trying to apply for a new EAD.My i-94 is showing my status as AOS.
-What mean? Your H1 is between 9/1/2008 and 8/31/2011 and that means you extended your H1 after you used AP, and got a new H1 I-94 with the h1 approval notice, didn't you?


My current h1b is between 9/1/2008 and 8/31/2011.

My questions are : what should I answer for the following question:

14. Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student, etc.)
-Parolee.
?
15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)
-H1 if you extended the h1 after you used AP. Otherwise, AOS.
