回复：请教Pjiang老师关于申请EAD不需要I-485收据的问题

在Pjiang老师的《闲话 AP (I-131) 和 EAD (I-765)》中，关于EAD申请材料清单提到过“新版的 I-765 有下列变动：交费的 EAD 不再需要 I-485 收据， I-485 的 EAD 不再需要 I-94 了。”

我就属于这样的情况，在申请时没有交485 receipt，EAD卡发下来后发现有效期出错，随后寄回卡给USCIS要求改正，结果他们说我没交485 receipt, 所以是我的过错，

It is required to clear any doubts before a decision is made.

如果我没有证据证明不交485 receipt是移民局的规定的话
- This is not what you need to do.

就得补$340。可否请Pjiang老师或其他知情者提供这个“交费的 EAD 不再需要 I-485 收据”的官方来源?
- Check the version of your I-765 (you keep a copy, don't you), get its instruction, read it thoroughly.
