My PD is Sep.2005, EB3. Filed 485 on July 2007. Using my EAD now. My wife is citizen of TaiWan. I know she can not enter US as my dependents. But she can enter as students or visitors.

My question is, can she get work permission (EAD) based on my current status and our marriage?
-No. Only if your PD becomes current, can you wife file her I-485 and EAD application.
