刚申请的EAD, 有效期是从3/8/2010~3/7/2011,怎么只有一年有效期？

按理PD日期没到应该发两年的，不是么？
-You are right if your I-140 was approved and PD is not current. Sometimes USCIS makes mistake to issue your EAD for only one year effectiveness. You may send the EAD back to USCIS and ask them to replace teh two EAD for you. But you had better show this one year EAD to your employer before you send it back to USCIS so that you can work during your waiting for the two year EAD. Also keep the potocopy of the one year EAD.
