PJ and 83....Please help! I got my EAD in Jan, 2010, but had not used it till now. My H1B is valid until July.

Can I still apply for H1B?
-Yes, of course. If you have not used the EAD to work yet, your H1 status will never be affeted even if you have the EAD.
