I suggest you to fire this lawyer because she does not know what she is talking about. I said it in my responses to your previous posts that your EAD application will be rejected because the payment was not in correct amount. The EAD applicantion based on I-485 does not need to do the fingerprinting if you have done the fingerprinting for your I-485 and USCIS will use that fingerprinting record for your EAD. many people have got their I-485 EAD without doing extra fingerprinting.
