EAD申请未收Receipt Notice

我寄出EAD申请给NSC已40天，至今连Receipt Notice也还没有收到。我在其他网站看到有不少人遇到同样的情况。如果您在12月或1月申请EAD并且已经收到Receipt Notice，请回个帖。

我想EFile第二份申请，请问1）EFile当天的日期会是Receipt date吗？2）我的第一份申请会被拒掉吗？
