我现在eb1a 140 approved, h1b。如果我递交了485并拿到ead,这时候我找到了别的工作，我可以就拿着这个ead去工作吗，
-Yes, of course.
还需要新单位给我h1b的支持吗？
-Not need, if you do not want to be H1 status. But to keep your I-485 valid, the new job has to be the same/similar area as the old job (indicated in the your I-140).
