工作要没了，一直用H-1（马上6年了），我是主申请人EB2有EAD，可以不工作一段时间吗？

这段时间算合法身份吗？
-Yes, as long as your I-485 is pending.
还是应该马上转H-4，
-If you change your status to H4, your I-485 probably will be denied. You had better find a job in the same/similar area and use EAD or H1 transfer to work.
转了H-4是不是EAD就失效了？
