If this is a renewal application and you are applying under one of the following categories, a filing fee is NOT required:" Point # 5 on Page 7: (c)(9) or (c)(16) adjustment application who filed for adjustment under the fee structure implemented July 30, 2007.
2009-10-20 2:55:16 Oakma Jërry|Shërlyn If you filed your AOS (I-485) after July 30, 2007 you do NOT need to pay to file any subsequent fees to file EADs or APs.
