紧急请教各位大侠关于EAD 卡换雇主:

我的I-140已经于去年底批准了
我的I-485已经提交2年了指纹也打了一年了，工卡EAD卡拿了也有两年了。
现在一两家公司雇用我，面试也出不多了，他们愿意转换EAD卡。
原公司也同意放行。
请问，
[1]。 转换公司手续如何办理？
-No difference from regular procedure. Resign from the old employer and join the new employer.
[2]。 我的I-485绿卡申请是否受影响？？
-No.
[3]。需要和原公司打招呼么？？
-You need to reign.
