回复：有关H1b到EAD转换中能否工作

我的H1九月2日到期。我在九月1日e-file了EAD(based on pending 485)。USCIS给了我EAD申请收据(I765, received date 9/1/2009, notice date 9/2/2009)。我还可以继续为现雇主工作吗？
-Technically, you can not work until your EAD is approved. If you have filed H1 extention application before 9/2/09, you would have continued to work. So, you have to stop working now.
