H1 第七年（140 批准，EB3,2003年PD.现等排期）现需要搬到别的州居住。若是在离开现职位前申请劳工卡，拿到后可以用劳工卡在别的州做类似的工作么?
-I assume you have filed I-485 >180 days. Yes, you can use EAD to work anywhere within U.S. as long as your new job is in the same/simliar area as the old job.

如果不可以的话，若是申请一个新的H1，需要占用新的名额么？今年的H1名额用完了么（在哪里可以查到这样的信息）？

另外，需要注意什么。
