我的情况是：最近被laid off, 找了一份contract的工作，但公司不直接发工资给我，而是让我开公司，把钱发到我的公司。不知此举是否会对将来绿卡审批造成麻烦？
-The problem is that your GC application is NIW, so you need to work for an employer in the same/similar area. The contract work does not affect your I-485, but not be helpful to your GC application either.
