sorry for the late reply; I was out of the town for the long weekend. Here is my personal opinion: According to your 485 recpt. date, I believe that the RFE is triggered by pre-adjudication instead of H-1 or 140 revocation. You need to find a job ASAP ‘cuz your employer will report the H-1 termination soon to USCIS. That might trigger an RFE regarding employment verification. Good luck!
