sorry, more question need help:
if i got a L2 based EAD to work now, even I apply I-140 and I-485 later, my status is still L2,
1) after we submit I-140 and I-485 even I lost my job I still can stay in US as a L2 visa holder if L1 visa ( my spouse) is still valid, is it correct?
2) after we submit I-140 and I-485 does L1 visa holder need apply EAD for backup?
3) after we submit I-140 and I-485, if L1 holder lost his job, can he find another job by applying TN or H1_B?
