关于EAD使用和没有使用，移民局是如何操作的？
例如：用EAD办了SIN或驾驶执照，移民局肯定可以知道（如果想知道），移民局认为这是使用了EAD吗？
-No. This will not be considered that you use EAD.

一个人拿EAD工作了，移民局如何掌控？
-Most of the time, USCIS wouldn't know if you use EAD or not. There are 2 ways I know of that they would know that you used EAD -- during I-9 audit which almost never happens and through your W2s/1099s.
