我的I-485已提交，用OPT EAD card工作,OPT EAD CARD要过期了。怪自己太糊涂，以为一个月的processing time, 所以申请递晚了。新的EAD CARD还没拿到。没法工作。这段时间GAP会不会影响我的I-485.
-No, as long as you employer still keep your job if you are the primary applicant for the green card. If you are a dependent, it will not affect your I-485 either even if you do not have any job.
