Suppose that I140 is approved.

I read that after I485 is pending for 180 days, you can switch employer.

I also read that when filing I485, you can file for EAD, which allows you to switch employer.
- You may change employer, w/o an EAD

I am confused, if you get EAD, do you still need to wait for 180 days?
- You don't need to wait 180 days so as to apply EAD, nor need you to wait 180 days after having received EAD to changer employer

- Clarify your other confusion if you may have
