我H1B的时间过了，现在pending485，工卡过期半年再延期可以吗？
-Yes.

另请问H1B延期收据未收到，旧H1B已过期还可以工作吗？
-It is OK if you sent your application a few days (e.g. one week) before your旧H1B expired. You do not need to get the receipt to continue your work. If your check was cashed, if will abolutely be safe.

Anyway, I do not think you have a probem and just continue your work.
