H1B approval notice 上写的Valid from 01/01/2006 to 01/01/2009
H1B Visa and I-94 上的日期都是Jan 01,2009

我将用EAD工作after H1B expires, 请问我的EAD 起始日期是应该从Jan 2,2009 开始 还是Jan 1,2009 开始？

正好在01/01/09 to 01/12/09 期间回国一次，不知用AP and EAD 入境是否会有trouble?
