可以谈谈怎么申请吗?什么样的才叫EMERGENCY?
- Normally if your EAD has been pending over 90 days or you need EAD urgently (financial difficulty/losing job etc if not working), you may pay a visit to infopass

另外还有一个问题:我的485 PENDING(我是DEPENDENT,不是主申请人),到今年底(DEC 31)H1就6年了...也不能EXTENSION了(因为是DEPENDENT)....所以要申请EAD...

那么如果DEC 31前我没有拿到EAD,是不是就不能工作了?还是在此日期之前只要FILE出去了就可以继续工作了(就想H1 EXTENSION一样)?

还是只要收到CARD ORDERED的EMAIL或ONLINE STATUS就可以了?
