请问我目前工作是否合法，是否H1B有六个月的gracing period可以工作？
-No, you must stop working immediately and do not get paid this month because your EAD expired and H-1b status is invalid.

若不行，是申请加急EAD继续工作呢，还是走H1B境外激活的路，这么做是否对I485的申请有影响？
-Either way is OK, but 走H1B境外激活 is faster. Your I-485 will be safe if you do not get the salary in this Oct.
