HELP! USPS express mail to TX center for EAD renewal deliver fai

各位前辈，
我于10 月4 号（星期六）用USPS express mail 邮寄EAD renewal package to
USCIS
Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 851041
Mesquite, TX
75185
但今天用track number check status 发现第一次投递失败，
“We attempted to deliver your item at 9:41 AM on October 6, 2008 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left.”
难道寄到 P.O. Box 的也要签名收件，而那时又正好没人？usps 会再次送件吗？或uscis 会去邮局取件吗？大家都是用什么方式寄的 EAD renewal package? 有人碰到过这种情况吗？
