EAD Application dual status?

Hi Folks,
One question for EAD application I-765 form, I entered US using AP this Jun and are still work within H1B. On that form, what should i fill in for the section : current immigration status ? Parole or H1B or Both. Please help, Pjiang, XiaoBaTu, any good man!
