Please input: EAD card renew approved two, but only received one

Hello,

Both my sone's EAD card (1 year) and mine (2 years) got approved on Sept 10. We received my son's card last Saturday, but I did not receive my card. What is the possible reason? Could it be missing by post office? How to contact USCIS (NSC)? Thank you for your input!
