单位里的HR说只要有RENEWAL Expedite 的NOTICE，我就能上班。她是否正确？
-Not true.

若要等新卡上班，一定要收到卡才能上班吗？还是有网上的通知就可以了。
-If you know your EAD has been approved from网上的通知, you can work as long as your employer (HR) has no problem about that. You do not 一定要收到卡才能上班.
