I read "闲话 AP 和 EAD" several time, but I still don't know what I should fill out for the following two. I used AP, but I am currently in H-1B, I never use my EAD and the EAD expired last month. So, I guess, for "Manner of Last entry" I should see "Parolee", but for "Current Immigration Status" should I use "H-1B" or "Parolee". Can I put "H-1B/Parolee" for both of them?
