1. What's "DA" in "DA AOS" mean?
-DA = District Authorization.

2. regarding the questions of "Manner of last entry", I should enter "AOS" as indicated on I-94, right?
-I think you had better use "PAR (Parolee)".

3. Current Status - should also be AOS right?
-Yes.
