我记得有人说如果用了递485时候申请的工卡或者回美证,原来的身份自动就作废了,所以犹豫要不要给她再申请新的ead.可不可以先继续用现在的ead,不跟随485一起递I765, 继续保持J2身份,如果以后J2身份需要变的话再递I765 申请新的工卡? 多谢!!
