that I have a Form I-485, although I provided all documents • A check $340 payable to US Department of Homeland Security; • Form I-765 • Copy of Last EAD (front and back);• Copy of Approval Notice of EAD Application and • Two 2" x 2" photos (Name & A# on back in pencil).
