例如2010年3月，我的NIW的140突然被据

I guess you filed NIW in or before July 2007 (so you can have c9 EAD), and you think I-140 will be pending through 2010? Many 2007 July filer's NIW are under adjudication recently, that is why you see several posts about I-140 denial, and ask how to continue work using EAD, or appeal to buy time, etc....
