谢谢答复！ 我前一个I-140 was approved in 2006.12. Here is the email from my lawyer's assistant. "I have reviewed the documents and I have everything I need, however, Mr. XXX thinks that we should submit the response to the RFE together with the I-140 documents. It is a good opportunity to inform CIS about the change of employer. "

The I-94 copy was required from my wife and child.
