请教pjiang老师, about mailing address for EAD renew

My EAD is going to be expired on Oct.1st. I am starting to renew it now. Accoring to the instruction of the form 765, I should mail my application to the Texas Center since I am in Maryland. However, my pending 485 is in NSC. Which center should I mail to? Also, for renewal, the application is the same as the new application, right?
