We filed 485 but no 765, and it was three weeks from the denial. Is this a problem?

I'm still not very clear about how to calculate Out of Status, Can you give me some scenarios on how the OFS will be calculed depending on the EB1b outcome?

My spouse hasn't informed the company. We're worrying if 180 days expires, what should we do?
