1 第11项，以前申请过EAD吗?
应该填YES，就写上次EAD而不是很久以前的OPT，对吗?
2 第16项，Eligibilty category, 是不是C9? adjustment applicant who filed for adjustment under the fee structure implemented July 30, 2007
