EAD renewal问题

今天e-file EAD renewal. 但刚刚file完才发现移民局有新规定，不能早于120 天（expiring date)file renewal. 钱是找不回来了。我想问一下，我现在还邮不邮support documents. 如果这次被reject或deny，以后还能不能再申请renewal. 谁有好办法。谢谢大家。
