Itme 15 on I-765(EAD CARD RENEW)

请问: 老公140 NIW Approved, 485 pending, I am working under EAD card.I want to renew my EAD card, Do you know how to answer item 15 on form i-765, current immigration? is it Aos? By the way , do I need provide the copy of 140 approved notice? Thank you so much!
