Can a student in U.S. extend her landing deadline to CA?

Hi All,

Can a student in US extend the landing deadline at Canada? If not, can I land and then apply to stay in US to complete the program so that the start date to count toward the 720 days requirements can be extended to the graduation date? Which office should the student contact?
