请教pjiang和各位，renew EAD, Current Immigration Status是什么？

dependent(last entry status H4,exp.4-31-2008，没有申请renew) I-485 pending (spouse H1 140/485 pending), EAD 8-2008到期，现在准备renew EAD.请问Current Immigration Status 是什么？-765上填AOS吗？
