new EAD or renewal? Pjiang, xiaobaitu etc.

I applied EAD 6 years ago while I was hold J-2 visa. now I am going to applied EAD based on I-485 pending(my spouse is primary applicant NIW based).
my question is: in the I-765 form, should I chose "I am applying for renewal of my permission to accept employment"and attach photocopy the old one even though both are based on different category. or should I chose"I am applying for permission to accept employment".

Please clarify for me. Pjiang, xiaobaitu etc. Thank you very much!
