people have told you, it's filed on or after 7/30/2007
It's no question about those who paid $1010, but how about those filed between 7/30 and 8/17 2007 using the old fees according to USCIS guidance as a result of July visa bulletin fiasco? That is the question USCIS needs to clarify.
