我老公以我的dependent名义拿到EAD,没用过。我的身份是485pending, 没有h-1的。现在老公毕业了，不想用EAD,因为不能确定我的绿卡能不能下来，什么时候能下来。这种情况我老公可以申请OPT and H-1（在学校，不占名额）吗？如果可以，有什么特殊手续吗？

申请之后如果我的绿卡批了，他还可以以我的dependent的名义拿绿卡吗？

另外一个问题，我的485是7/2/07递上去了，现在换单位，工作性质一样，会对绿卡申请有什么影响？我的140去年11月批了。现在工作单位可以干涉吗？先谢了！
--No problem. Previous company'action (if revocation) will not affect your valid pending 485. And don't worry about current company. What can they do? You only worry to provide a employment verification letter upon RFE.



我现在是F-1身份，并且将在一年内毕业。我现在申请I-485会影响到我以后OPT的
申请吗？
有可能会。I-485申请会成为移民局认为申请人不满足OPT申请条件的原因。
