Please give me some suggestion. Thanks a lot.

Background: My son holds H4 (dependent of my H1B). My wife holds her own H1B. I filed 140(NIW)/485 for them as my dependents.

If I work for company using my EAD, how does it affect their status? Especially, what is the best way to keep my son's status?
