1. H-1B最初的六年用完，且I485申请递交后，Am I still eligible for H-1 extension?　如果可以，对于新的H-1工作性质有特殊要求吗？是否需要和先有的H1有相同/相似性？

My current H-1b was extended end of last year. It expires until November 2010. But I am planning to change my job. And the new company agrees to help me with h-1b transfer. My question is that if I am eligible to do h-1b transfer.

2. 如果由于某种原因I485被拒，还可以用手里的H-1B重新申请绿卡吗？
- you don't use H-1b to apply GC
Right... I mean, can I stay continue stay in the US with my H-1b at hand?

3. 如果H-1延期被拒，怎么办？
- what's your concern?
My concern is that if my h-1b transfer, for some reason, gets denied, what should I do? can I use EAD instead?
