紧急情况请教兔姐等专家！！！：申请新的H1B还是用EAD

五个月前被lay off, 刚找到新工作，职位类似。现在485 pending 刚过180天，140 还没批。是让新公司重新申请H1B 呢还是用EAD开始工作？

需要马上给公司回复。多谢了！
