Should USCIS be notified if using EAD to change job?

July 2nd 485 filer. 140 approved. Both LD's and my EAD and AP approved. I am the primary applicant. LD is on H-1 but got laied off this week. LD plan to work using EAD. Should we notify USCIS about the status and employer change? If yes, how?
