Upon RFE, if occurs, normally you will be requested an EVL, employment verification letter, when a change of job is suspected. The change of title is not important. I would agree that if you work in the field of double E, usually CIS won't consider a significant change of field.
Well, to avoid any suspicion on the change of field, please keep similar terms as many as possible.
