I will not quit from H-1 sponsor, just like taking vacation without pay, and will return to H-1 sponsor after two months. Will I still hold both H1 and 485-pending status? I hope 140 can be approved by that time. Not sure about 485, given current cutoff date. Again PD=12/2003, 140/485 filed 6/2007 pending.
